Two Phrases that indicate you are freeing you mind.

There is nothing for you to go back and live over, or fix, or feel regret about now. Every part of your life has unfolded just right.” -Abraham Hicks

Silencing the ‘ego’ and being introduced to your inner self is illuminating.

It is one of the first inductions on a spiritual journey.

After you master your ego; shoulders lighten as deconstruct the load you have been carrying.

Why?

Because you start to understand that everything isn’t about you.

I probably should put that as the top phrase spiritual people say.

But “It’s not about me” is something most say in their head.

Trust me.  I do it all the time.

The two phrases that a person who is leaning to a more positive mindset adds to their vocabulary may be:

  1. Everything happens for a reason.

That phrase is so very common.

There isn’t a day that goes on planet Earth that someone is not reciting that phrase.

I got a lot of slack from low vibrational people when I first started choosing ‘everything happens for a reason’ as my answer to circumstances.

It was if I personally offended them because I express trust that; this is a benevolent universe.

That’s the thing.

When you start to understand that challenges arise to help you push past self-inflicted limitations and you find the lesson.

2. It is what it is.

I love the statement ‘it is what it is’.

It is my go-to in the moment, to shift the paradigm to love.

‘It is what it is; to me is the surrender into the moment.

To make peace with the experience.

Good or bad.

Making peace with a point in time is you allowing yourself to trust.

To believe that whatever is happening now will not be happening later.

No sense getting your undies all up in bunch for events that you can’t control.

So, the next time one of your spiritual buddies mutters ‘It is what it is’ or ‘everything is happens for a reason’; with the intent of searching knowledge ask them why they said it.

After all, another perspective is a great chance to learn and grow.

Thank you for letting me share.

Be kind. Be well. Smile.
